The Trip Care fee covers travel help, app workflow help, local digital context, communication help, planning, and small task handling depending on your package. Third-party costs such as coffee, food, tickets, rides, delivery fees, shopping items, and attraction fees are separate.

What if an app, booking, payment, or refund does not work?+

We’ll help you understand what happened, what options may be available, and what to try next. Some outcomes depend on third-party platforms, merchants, drivers, hotels, banks, app rules, availability, and local policies.
